VEGGIE BUTTER WITH BREAKFAST RADISH

Delightful with crisp breakfast radish or any vegetable or bread as a spread.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon, ‘Rub with Love’ Veggie Rub
- 2+ teaspoons flaky salt
DIRECTIONS
- Soften butter until it can be easily handled.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, Veggie Rub, and 2 teaspoons flaky salt.
- Set aside.
- Finish with a sprinkle of flaky salt to garnish when serving.
