TOASTED SHALLOT MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE

Our perfect vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon 'Rub with Love' Toasted Shallot Mustard
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
- Gradually whisk in the oil until emulsified.
- Season to taste with salt & pepper.
- Toss with your favorite greens or veggies.
