SMOKY BBQ PORK RIBS

Smoky BBQ Pork Ribs
INGREDIENTS:
- St. louis rack of pork ribs
- 4-5 tablespoons of ‘Rub with Love’ Smoky BBQ
- ‘Rub with Love’ Ancho BBQ Sauce
- 30 Padron Peppers tossed in Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Fire up the grill for medium heat.
- Rub ribs with Smoky BBQ.
- Cook ribs over indirect medium heat with grill covered turning as needed.
- Smoke for about 3 hours. Look for when meat starts to pull away from the bone.
- During the last 5 minutes of cooking time, brush the ribs on both sides with Ancho Molasses BBQ on both sides with sauce.
- Also, during the last 5 minutes of cooking, pop the padron peppers on the grill until charred.
- Remove ribs and padrons from grill.
- Slice between rib bones, pile on a platter and serve, passing additional sauce.
