Smoky BBQ Pigs in a Blanket
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (16-ounce) Beeler’s Jalapeno Pepperjack Li’l Bites
- 1 (14-ounce) Du Four Classic Puff Pastry
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon+ ‘Rub with Love’ Smoky BBQ
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375º.
- Defrost puff pastry sheets according to the box’s directions.
- Unroll puff pastry sheets.
- Pass a rolling pin over the puff pastry dough a few times to even out any bumps.
- Using a sharp knife, cut into 3-inch-wide strips.
- Then cut each strip into 1 ½ - inch sections.
- Wrap each Li’l Bite in a strip.
- Rolling it so just the tips of the bite stick out.
- Place all wrapped bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each wrapped Li’l Bite with melted butter.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of ‘Rub with Love’ Smoky BBQ.
- Bake in preheated oven until the puff pastry is golden brown, about 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve with Smoky BBQ Dipping.
Smoky BBQ Sour Cream Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 1 16-ounce container sour cream
- 4+ tablespoons ‘Rub with Love’ Smoky BBQ
- 6 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 3+ tablespoons chives, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
- In a small bowl.
- Mix sour cream, cream cheese, ‘Rub with Love’ Smoky BBQ, 3 tablespoons chopped chives together.
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened so it mixes well.
- Place in a serving bowl.
- Garnish with remaining chopped chives and sprinkle with a touch more ‘Rub with Love’ Smoky BBQ for garnish.
