Smoky BBQ Pigs in a Blanket

INGREDIENTS: 

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Preheat oven to 375º. 
  2. Defrost puff pastry sheets according to the box’s directions. 
  3. Unroll puff pastry sheets. 
  4. Pass a rolling pin over the puff pastry dough a few times to even out any bumps. 
  5. Using a sharp knife, cut into 3-inch-wide strips. 
  6. Then cut each strip into 1 ½ - inch sections. 
  7. Wrap each Li’l Bite in a strip. 
  8. Rolling it so just the tips of the bite stick out. 
  1. Place all wrapped bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Brush each wrapped Li’l Bite with melted butter. 
  3. Sprinkle a generous amount of ‘Rub with Love’ Smoky BBQ. 
  4. Bake in preheated oven until the puff pastry is golden brown, about 25 minutes. 
  5. Remove from oven and serve with Smoky BBQ Dipping. 

Smoky BBQ Sour Cream Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 16-ounce container sour cream
  • 4+ tablespoons ‘Rub with Love’ Smoky BBQ
  • 6 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 3+ tablespoons chives, chopped

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a small bowl.
  2. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, ‘Rub with Love’ Smoky BBQ, 3 tablespoons chopped chives together.
  3. Make sure the cream cheese is softened so it mixes well.
  4. Place in a serving bowl.
  5. Garnish with remaining chopped chives and sprinkle with a touch more ‘Rub with Love’ Smoky BBQ for garnish.
