PINEAPPLE GINGER TERIYAKI SHRIMP SKEWERS

INGREDIENTS
- 16 large prawns, about 1 pound, shelled and deveined, tail on
- 4 bamboo skewers, soaked in cold water 30 minutes and drained
- Vegetable oil, as needed
- 1/2 cup Rub with Love Pineapple Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the broiler.
- Thread 4 prawns on each skewer and brush lightly with oil.
- Broil for 2 minutes, turning the skewers as needed.
- Brush with teriyaki sauce and continue to broil until the prawns are cooked through, about a minute more
- Cut into a prawn to check doneness
