GREEN BEANS, TOASTED SHALLOT MUSTARD

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Bring pot of water to a boil, add green beans and cook about 3 min to crisp-tender. 
  2. Transfer beans to a bowl of ice water to stop cooking process. 
  3. Drain and pat dry.
  4. Whisk together Toasted Shallot Mustard, miso, vinegar, honey, 1 tablespoon oil and salt & pepper. 
  5. Pour mixture over the beans and toss.
