GREEN BEANS, TOASTED SHALLOT MUSTARD

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- Salt & pepper
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon 'Rub with Love' Toasted Shallot Mustard
- 1 tablespoon white miso
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
DIRECTIONS
- Bring pot of water to a boil, add green beans and cook about 3 min to crisp-tender.
- Transfer beans to a bowl of ice water to stop cooking process.
- Drain and pat dry.
- Whisk together Toasted Shallot Mustard, miso, vinegar, honey, 1 tablespoon oil and salt & pepper.
- Pour mixture over the beans and toss.
