Easy Lamb Chops with Spring Onions  

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the grill or grilling pan.
  2. With a boning knife, trim off the fat from the top of the lamb rack.
  3. Using boning knife slice into chops.
  4. Using a meat tenderizer, lightly pound each chop a few times. Making sure the meat is even with the bone, so it evenly cooks.
  5. Rub each chop with about ½ teaspoon Bengal Masala Rub
  6. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  7. Season spring onions with salt and pepper
  8. Place both lamb chops and spring onions on grill
  9. Using an instant read thermometer. Take lamb chops off the grill at 115° in the center.
  10. Remove spring onions when soft and lightly charred.
  11. Remove from grill.
  12. Finish lamb with Maldon Sea Salt Flakes.
