BENGAL MASALA HALIBUT

INGREDIENTS
- 4 halibut fillets, 6-ounces each
- 2 tablespoons 'Rub with Love' Bengal Masala Rub
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Pat Bengal Masala Rub over both sides of each fillet. Allow halibut to rest 5 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the halibut on both sides, watching carefully so rub does not burn. Reduce heat if necessary.
- Cook until done to your liking, about 6 to 8 minutes.
