BACON-FAT SPICY CHEDDAR CRACKERS

INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces Goldfish Cheddar Crackers
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons bacon fat
- 1 teaspoon 'Rub with Love' Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon 'Rub with Love' African Peri Peri Rub
- 1 teaspoon 'Rub with Love' Pork Rub
- Salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a small sauce pan melt butter and bacon fat.
- Stir in Smoked Paprika, Peri Peri Rub, and Pork Rub
- Empty Goldfish Cheddar Crackers into a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle half of the melted butter and bacon fat mixture over the Goldfish.
- Toss gently with hands.
- Drizzle remaining melted butter and bacon fat mixture over the Goldfish.
- Toss gently with hands. Try to evenly coat all Goldfish.
- Place in oven for 3 minutes.
- Remove from oven and gently toss.
- Place back in oven for another 3 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
