BACON-FAT SPICY CHEDDAR CRACKERS

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. In a small sauce pan melt butter and bacon fat. 
  3. Stir in Smoked Paprika, Peri Peri Rub, and Pork Rub 
  4. Empty Goldfish Cheddar Crackers into a large mixing bowl.  
  5. Drizzle half of the melted butter and bacon fat mixture over the Goldfish. 
  6. Toss gently with hands. 
  7. Drizzle remaining melted butter and bacon fat mixture over the Goldfish. 
  8. Toss gently with hands. Try to evenly coat all Goldfish.
  9. Place in oven for 3 minutes. 
  10. Remove from oven and gently toss. 
  11. Place back in oven for another 3 minutes.
  12. Remove from oven and sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
  13. Enjoy!
