Where can you go to one stop shop for kitchen tools, watch local chefs cook their hearts out, and have a snack at the same time? Check out Seattle's Cookin' in the Washington Convention & Trade Center. We'll have a booth there to sample our rubs and sauces. Have you tasted our new addition Chinese 12-spice? Now's the time! Tom will cook on the demo stage, front and center at 2:15pm on Saturday the 9th, right after his Seattle Kitchen radio show.
