The Bite of Seattle
July 18th, 19th & 20th
It's not summer without the The Bite! This year, the Palace Kitchen will be featured at Hinterberger's Alley where we'll be serving Vanilla Panna Cotta with Red Wine Syrup and Cornmeal Cookies. Proceeds from the Alley benefit Northwest Harvest. Look for the Etta's Seafood booth “Under the Toque” where we will serve Spicy Shrimp Remoulade on Fried Green Tomatoes - and the very popular Summer Berry Crisp with Vanilla Cream which won “Best Dessert” at The Bite last year. The Bite of Seattle is held on the grounds of the Seattle Center and admission is free.

Sunset Supper at the Market
August 15th
Seattle's Pike Place Market is 90 years old this year! Etta's Seafood will help them celebrate by participating in the Market Foundation's anniversary celebration. Festivities will include a grand banquet table stretching through the center of the Market. We'll be serving Crab and Pork Sausage with Roasted Mango. Tickets ($50 per person) can be purchased by calling 682-7453.

Food Lifeline's Third Annual BBQ and Blues Festival

The event will be held this summer on the North Seattle Community College campus.
