Seatown Mixology Classes
So you want to learn how to make cocktails, huh? From an expert? Maybe with some delicious food to accompany your booze education? Well boy oh boy! Does Seatown have the classes for you!
Seatown is going to help you finesse your cocktail skills in this upcoming series. Not only will we teach you how to impress your friends with your newfound mixology knowledge, we’ll also feed you tasty fare that compliments the drinks you’ll be making.
All classes will begin at 5:30pm and are one hour long.
Cost per class is $25 per person, tax included

Join Dev Patal at the Dahlia Workshop for his Cooking with Soul winter braising and confit class. Dev spends his winters working in our kitchens and his summers as a lead gardener at Tom and Jackie’s Prosser Farm in eastern Washington. This past fall he taught his popular new cooking series “From Prosser Farm to Our Table”. Michael Teer will be pouring wines from Soul Wine to pair perfectly with:
Duck prosciutto, confit of duck, fennel and mushrooms, preserved lemon
Braised octopus, black olive sauce, winter herbed vinaigrette
Cumin braised oxtail over wild rice polenta
Colman Andrews at Cuoco
Cuoco and Book Larder are delighted to welcome Colman Andrews and his new book The Country Cooking of Italy. He was a co-founder of Saveur magazine and it’s second editor in chief. The recipient of eight James Beard Awards, he is the author of numerous cookbooks, and the co-author of three Saveur cookbooks published by Chronicle Books. The Country Cooking of Italy is based on his forty years of traveling and eating in Italy. Chef Stuart Lane and team are preparing a five-course menu inspired by the book, and Andrew will be here to discuss his travels. The $95.00 ticket price includes dinner, wine and a signed copy of the book. Tax and gratuity will be in addition.

The Shellfish Shindig at Etta's
A fishmonger’s feast from around the sound and the chilly waters of Alaska! Every Tuesday, starting February 21st, from 4pm-close, Etta’s is offering a special hands-on lip smackin’ menu. Put your bib on and get your hands a little dirty with this special dinner (don’t worry, we’ll provide plenty of napkins!)
Cost: $30 per person (minimum 2 people), tax and gratuity not included
Reservations: Call Etta’s and tell them you’re reserving for the “SHINDIG”

in the bucket: clams, mussels, peel and eat shrimp, roasted fennel, celery root, potatoes
