Naks Naman!, doesn’t have a direct translation in English. It’s used like a "DANNGGG" or "RAD" in today’s conversation. We’re a group of Filipino cooks that work all over Tom Douglas Restaurants who have teamed up for a fun dinner filled with small plates, family style courses, cocktails and good vibes at TanakaSan!

This dinner was inspired by a Wing Luke Museum benefit dinner at Hot Stove Society. We served a 100% Filipino dinner made by 12 cooks, sous chefs and chefs spanning 9 restaurants in our company! We were so proud of everyone’s involvement and work ethic to make this event a memorable one that we wanted to share the love to the public!
