Spend 5 days with fellow food lovers learning new kitchen skills and cooking techniques. Each day consists of numerous food and beverage tastings taught by local and regional chefs and cookbook authors.
Past local chefs include: Armandino Batali, Mark Fuller, Rachel Yang, Maria Hines, Renee Erickson, Jonathan Sundstrom, Matt Dillion, Eric Bahn, Lisa Dupar, Holly Smith and Toms radio show co-host, Thierry Rautureau. Along with well known authors: Mark Bitterman, Vikram Vij, Anna Sortun, Takashi Yagihashi, James Peterson, Rose Levy Beranbaum, Bruce Aidells and Nancy Oakes.
Daily chef demos, hands on cooking, field trips and a peak behind the scenes of our restaurants along with eating and drinking all day long – can you dig it?
Includes breakfast and lunch along with fun culinary challenges with winners and prizes every day with a grand prize of a gourmet weekend for 6 in downtown Seattle with accomodations at Hotel Andra, and dining at Dahlia Lounge, Lola and Serious Pie!

Class deposit of $1,500 will secure your place at camp.
$1,500 tuition balance due by May 1st.
