Join us for a preview of our soon-to-be restaurant, TanakaSan! While the restaurant wont be open until later this summer, this will be the public’s first chance to taste some the of items that we’ve been working on in our test kitchen.
This is a two day event with different menus.

April 21st Menu:
TONKOTSU RAMEN- rich pork bone broth, spicy clams, pork belly, scallion, brined egg, shiitake
TEA SMOKED PRESSED DUCK- steamed pinch buns, szechuan jelly, rhubarb
PORK DUMPLINGS- plum licorice, hite and ham broth, pickled mustard
PICKLES- barrel fermented pickles, iceberg salad, smoked kasu cod deviled eggs
RICEICLES & ROBATA- grilled new crop rice, 3 condiments
-chicken thigh, salty maple glaze
-pacific octopus, burdock, soy
