At family meal, otherwise known as staff meal, there’s no hierarchy; you’re breaking bread with your friends. For those 30 minutes, everyone is equal- and hungry. Family meal is our version of the water cooler- but with better food.
I’ll be sharing my thoughts, tips, and observations, and, in the spirit of family meal, I’ve invited our creative, energetic staff- everyone from line cook to bartender to bookkeeper- to have a say. I hope you’ll add your own comments and join in the conversation.

Hey Dennis,
We brought the family in this weekend to try out the tasty biscuits. I had the fried chicken with gravy and egg. Outrageous! My 5 year old son ordered the plain biscuit. When he saw mine, his eyes widened and ended up gobbling down half of it! Nice seeing ET and crew there also.
Cheers,
Chuck

The cook, Brian, and the counter guy (who’s name I failed to get) were the best thing about the place. The food was amazing, but the service was exceptional! They were real down to earth and able to have more than a script read conversation. Both of them had a genuine personality… making jokes and having a good time. I will be coming back for more delicious biscuits, and side order of awesome staff.
