First pie fired! The night went very well. The wood-burning oven has been christened! I love this job already!

“… open to the public soon.” Does soon mean January, preferably this week or next?
Will the menu duplicate the one at SP #1?

SP#2 will open in January. The opening date should be fairly soon, but unforseen things happen so I don’t want to post a date until it’s a sure thing. The menu will be similar to SP#1.
