Cheeseburger Ice Sculpture
Take a look at this photo of Tom giving the peace sign next to the majestic ice sculpture of a cheeseburger which was crafted by Creative Ice, Steve Cox’s ice sculpture company. Notice the detail work: the seeds on top of the bun, the frill of lettuce, the melty square of cheese… you just know this must be hand-ground beef, artisan cheese, and organic lettuce!! The Ice Burger took center stage at the gala event that Tom and Jackie hosted for staff last week at Palace Ballroom in honor of Eric and Danica’s upcoming wedding in Utah.
