Whipped Cream/ Los Angeles, by Eric Tanaka, Executive Chef

Here’s the power of fresh whipped cream.  At our family bbq, in Los Angeles, my son, Giacomo started whippng cream for pies and the kids just came running.  They all wanted a taste of the whip.

    That’s pretty cool that your son was whipping the cream! I know my kids would be running for that also. Seems like the part of the dessert they always enjoy the most. Those pies look delicious!

    The pies were delicious. I was a little skeptical because my sister is not that good a cook really. But she did a great job.
